THE ROLE:In this role, you’ll lead the charge in expanding Daniels Health’s footprint in the acute care space. You’ll take ownership of an existing customer portfolio while building strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving strategic account development. This is a high-visibility role perfect for someone who thrives on connecting with stakeholders, navigating complex healthcare environments, and delivering results.Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, reduce costs, and improve profitabilityGrow the client base and expand the regional book of business to meet annual targetsPlan and manage customer outreach using Salesforce to identify new opportunitiesTravel within the territory to meet prospects and strengthen client relationshipsMaintain existing client relationships and support smooth transitions to account managersPresent our full range of products and services to key stakeholdersAlign client needs with business strengths and prepare tailored proposalsCollaborate on contract development and lead negotiations with clientsResearch market trends and identify new business opportunitiesSupport upselling and portfolio growth within existing accountsTrack performance and work with the Account Manager to refine strategies and improve resultsRequirements 7+ years of industry experienceStrong relationship building and stakeholder management skillsExperience with design and implementation of business development strategiesStrong conflict resolution capabilitiesProven ability to negotiateHospital services or related service industry experience highly desirableExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPossesses self-motivation and the ability to motivate a teamStrong presentation skills with value based selling confidenceOutstanding computer-based skills; Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, etcLearn more about us and our mission!
