SUMMARYPico’s Global IP team is a specialist unit within the Pico Group that leverages on IP relationships and IP creation services to land new and recurring projects across all Pico offices. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (GLOBAL)Prospecting and Lead GenerationIdentify potential clients (underwriters) and key decision-makers.Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.Generate and nurture leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and networking events.Work closely with global Pico offices in IP lead identification, conversion and executionIP Partner Relationship ManagementEstablish and maintain strong relationships with the following, understanding their unique requirements and preferences.International Artwork / Artists / Touring showsInternational curators / studiosInternational non-artwork IP partnerships International promoters / event organizers able to deploy within region / country to train local officesAct as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on solutions.Identify IP opportunities that can scale across the Pico networkProposal Development & ExecutionCreate compelling and customized proposals and presentations to showcase Pico’s IP capabilities.Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to design and deliver creative solutions that align with client objectives.Establish project budgets for individual projects and set up project teams in collaboration with local offices in order to secure business.Facilitate knowledge transfer for new project team that will remain in each region to secure or execute more IP related projects.Market InsightsStay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market changes.Share market insights and feedback with the internal team to refine our service offerings.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management.Experience in IP management and IP conceptualizationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
