We work with leading real estate developers, contractors, and commercial clients in Egypt and the Gulf region, delivering innovative, efficient, and value-driven solutions.Role Overview:We’re looking for a Business Development Engineer with an engineering background—preferably in Architecture—to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding Orion’s client base, nurturing relationships, and converting qualified leads into lasting partnerships.Key Responsibilities:	•	Research, identify, and qualify potential clients (developers, contractors, commercial projects, etc.)	•	Prepare customized business development sheets and company presentations for client meetings	•	Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to present Orion’s services and capabilities	•	Support the management team in closing deals and negotiating proposals	•	Manage client accounts and maintain long-term relationships	•	Handle leads generated from social media marketing campaigns and follow up via calls and meetings	•	Maintain and update CRM or lead tracking sheets with regular progress reports	•	Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align proposals and offeringsQualifications:	•	Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (preferred universities: AUC, GUC, Cairo University, Ain Shams University)	•	1–3 years of experience in business development, client relations, or sales within the engineering, design, or construction sector	•	Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Arabic	•	Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities	•	Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus	•	Dynamic, self-motivated, and professional demeanorWhat We Offer:	•	Competitive salary and performance-based incentives	•	Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding consultancy	•	Exposure to high-profile projects and clients	•	Supportive and creative work environment
