Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Property Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new properties for management, maintaining strong relationships with landlords, and driving sales initiatives to meet revenue targets. Prior experience in property sales, real estate brokerage, or property acquisition is essential.Key Responsibilities:1. Property Acquisition & OnboardingIdentify and acquire new properties suitable for leasing or management.Conduct market research to target potential landlords and property owners.Prepare and present property management proposals to landlords and developers.Negotiate management contracts and terms to ensure profitable partnerships.2. Landlord RelationsBuild and maintain long-term relationships with landlords and property owners.Serve as the primary point of contact for landlord queries and concerns.Provide landlords with market insights, pricing advice, and performance updates.Ensure high levels of landlord satisfaction and retention.3. Sales & Business DevelopmentDrive property sales and leasing initiatives to meet monthly and quarterly targets.Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.Attend property exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.4. Market Intelligence & ReportingMonitor real estate market trends, competitor activity, and pricing.Prepare regular reports on business performance, acquisitions, and revenue.Provide input for strategy development and business planning.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 2–5 years of experience in property sales, leasing, or business development within the real estate or property management sector.Proven track record in achieving acquisition and sales targets.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.Familiarity with local property market dynamics and regulations.
