You’ll build strong relationships with key decision-makers, promote Elis’s range of healthcare solutions, and help drive the company’s continued growth in this sector.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector (both public and private).Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through research, networking, and lead generation.Deliver persuasive and professional sales presentations tailored to client needs.Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, customer service, and marketing) to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery.Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system.Represent Elis at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.Skills & Experience RequiredProven experience in B2B sales, ideally within healthcare, facilities management, hygiene, or a related service industry.Previous experience working with tenders in the Healthcare industry.Strong understanding of the Irish healthcare landscape and key stakeholder networks.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Commercially astute with strong presentation and analytical abilities.Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working autonomously.Full clean driver’s licence and willingness to travel.Join UsAt Elis, we help healthcare organisations focus on what matters most — delivering exceptional care.
