Mô tả công việc New Account prospecting and AcquisitionProspecting new potential accounts through mapping, collecting and verifying customer information; do customer classification and segmentationProactively approach and build relationship to key decision maker/stakeholders, investigate customer needs and design proper contract, policies, PICOS to gain customer partnership and increase volume/revenueGet alignment from internal stakeholders, distributor; get agreement and commitment from customer in term of designed contract, policies, PICOS commitment Account DevelopmentImplement sales visit as company service policyMaintain Customer relationshipResolve Customer Complaints Order generationGenerated OrdersAchieve Sales TargetsResolve Customer ComplaintsMonitored NSR growth Doing execution at outletsExecute outlets as PicoS definedExecute and Activate Promotions Assets managementManage Company's assets, including Cold Drink Equipment (CDE), Sales Force Automation (SFA) devices, Imentors, POSM (Display rack,…),…in accordance with its process. In-time report on CDE missing & movement.Yêu cầu công việcUniversity/Bachelor’s degreeHave experience in Sales.Prefer experienced with Key Account channel, B2B, B2CGood appearance with professional styleExcellent communication, presentation and negotiation skillsGood understanding of sales development techniques (activation, execution) to be able to identify and capture opportunities in an efficient mannerProblem solvingBasic analytics & financial skillProficient using Microsoft Office (Email/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
