We have positions for highly motivated and committed individuals to join our Firm:Job Responsibilities:As a Business Development Executive, your mandate will be to support the Firm and its Partners in building strong client relationships and in the acquisition of work. You will work closely with the Firm’s Partners and a team of professionals responsible for the Firm’s business development activities, and will report into the Business Development Manager and the Regional Head of Business Development and Marketing.Your primary responsibilities will include:Preparing compelling proposals, capability statements, reports, presentations and other client-facing collateralsImplementing various aspects of our client care programme, including communications and eventsConducting research on clients, industries and market trendsDeveloping and preparing management reportsSupporting strategic positioning and messaging for the Firm’s business development initiativesPromoting best-practice business development processes and policies within the FirmJob Requirements:0-3 years of relevant business development experience, ideally in professional services (legal sector)A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or universityExperience in client relationship management, preferably in a professional services environmentStrong command of English, enjoys writing reports and other forms of communicationsA genuine enthusiasm to be a part of a busy teamAn ability to prioritise and manage competing priorities and deliver on deadlines with high levels of accuracy and strong attention to detailWillingness and ability to take ownership of tasksEffective interpersonal skills and a team playerA proactive, positive and ‘can do’ mind-setProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointFor more information on our Firm, please visit our website at www.allenandgledhill.com.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
