Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and reach out to potential clients across various industries.Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and brand leaders.Present BrandEra’s services and tailor proposals to client objectives.Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to craft winning pitches.Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.Achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets.Represent BrandEra in events, meetings, and networking opportunities. Qualifications2–4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a marketing, media, or advertising agency.Strong understanding of marketing concepts, campaign planning, and creative services.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-oriented.Fluent in English (spoken and written).A network within the business or marketing community is a plus.
