The role involves B2B channel development, partner management, and coordination with admissions teams to drive student enrollments from international markets.Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership DevelopmentIdentify and onboard new education agents, student recruitment partners, and institutional alliances across assigned regions.Maintain regular communication with partners to drive engagement and business performance.Support in negotiating partnership terms under guidance from the Manager.2.Business Growth & Student RecruitmentDrive student enrollment targets through B2B partnerships and B2C student leads.Monitor lead pipeline, follow up on applications, and ensure conversions.Conduct virtual and in-person presentations/webinars for partners and students.Participate in education fairs, student events, and recruitment campaigns.3.Client Relationship ManagementAct as the point of contact for partner support across admissions, documentation, and program queries.Ensure timely resolution of partner/client escalations.Conduct product knowledge sessions and partner training on programs and university offerings.4.Operational CoordinationCoordinate with admissions, academic, and marketing teams for smooth applicant onboarding.Track student application status and ensure documentation accuracy.Maintain partner reports, sales trackers, and weekly business reviews.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and presentation skillsRelationship-building and client servicing expertiseTarget-driven & growth-focused mindsetStrong follow-up and coordination abilityGood reporting and documentation skills (Excel/CRM)Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teamsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred in Marketing/Business/International Relations)4–6 years of experience in Client Relations / Business Development / Overseas Education / EdTech / International RecruitmentExperience working with education agents or international student recruitment is preferredWillingness to travel for partner meetings/eventsWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + performance incentivesExposure to global markets and partnershipsFast career growth and leadership developmentOpportunity to work with an international education brandProfessional and collaborative work culture
