Our products include makeup, skincare, and personal care items, manufactured both in China and Indonesia.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Jakarta. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, lead generation, managing client accounts, and developing business strategies. The role involves regular communication with potential and existing clients to establish and maintain relationships, identifying market trends, and working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.QualificationsSkills in New Business Development , Negotiation and PresentationStrong understanding of Business strategies and practicesExcellent Communication skills, written and verbal; English is a mustAccount Management experience is preferablyRelevant experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is a plus, preferably female candidatesBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
