With over $750M in total sales and $35M+ in ad spend managed, we provide comprehensive, performance-focused Amazon solutions that drive measurable growth.Location: Paragon City, LahoreTimings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday to Friday)Salary: Up to PKR 150,000 per monthEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build and manage client relationships, and convert qualified leads into sales.The role involves strategic outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn, along with maintaining accurate records of communication and sales progress. Candidates must have at least 2 years of business development experience and be able to work independently during evening/night hours.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities via email, calls, LinkedIn, and other outreach platforms.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support long-term growth.Convert qualified leads into successful sales using a consultative approach.Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategies with business goals.Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, pipelines, and conversions.RequirementsMinimum 2+ years of proven experience in Business Development or a similar role.Strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales.Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools is a plus.Ability to work independently during evening/night shifts.BenefitsMedical InsuranceLeave EncashmentResidence (as per availability)GratuityMonday to Friday work scheduleProfessional growth in a fast-paced, Amazon-focused environment
