We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Foodpack team — someone who thrives on closing deals, expanding markets, and driving growth within the restaurant, hotel, catering, and institutional food-service sectors.If you’re energetic, confident, and love seeing your results in numbers, we’d love to meet you.What You’ll DoIdentify, approach, and onboard new B2B clients including QSRs, cafés, hotels, caterers, bakeries, cloud kitchens, and food delivery brands.Build and manage a steady pipeline of qualified prospects — and convert them into loyal, long-term customers.Promote our range of premium, eco-friendly paper packaging products (cups, boxes, wraps, trays, and bags).Achieve monthly sales targets of ₦5–8 million and onboard 5–8 new customers each month.Conduct regular market research to spot new opportunities, innovations, and competitor trends.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and excellent customer satisfaction.Submit weekly sales reports with key pipeline updates and market insights.What You Bring4–5 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in food service, FMCG, beverage, or hospitality distribution.Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills, with proven success opening new accounts.Excellent understanding of the food service or packaging ecosystem.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP or CRM experience is an advantage.Analytical mindset for forecasting, budgeting, and tracking performance.Self-driven, proactive, and motivated by tangible results.Existing network within the food, catering, or hospitality sector.Must hold a valid driver’s license and be open to local travel.Your BackgroundHND or B.Sc in Business, Marketing, or related field.Lagos-based, with strong knowledge of the local food-service landscape and decision-makers.Why Join UsBe part of a growing, forward-thinking brand redefining eco-friendly food packaging in Nigeria.Work in a dynamic environment where initiative, ownership, and results are celebrated.Drive innovation that directly impacts sustainability and customer experience.Ready to take your career to the next level?
