You will partner closely with Marketingand Sales to engage qualified leads, nurture inbound inquiries, and generate opportunitiesthrough targeted outbound prospecting.This role requires a true hunter mentality with the ability to identify, manage, and developopportunities that align with QAD’s manufacturing solutions. You’ll leverage creative thinking,data-driven insights, and best-in-class tools to build meaningful early-stage relationships andaccelerate revenue outcomes.This is a fully remote role located in Germany.What You’ll DoAct as the primary contact for inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up, qualification, andhandoff to the appropriate Sales ExecutiveOwn the full prospecting ERP lifecycle, from managing inbound interest to driving proactiveoutbound campaigns that generate qualified pipelineExecute outbound prospecting strategies across phone, email, social, and events toengage decision-makers within key manufacturing and supply chain accountsIdentify and drive both net-new opportunities and opportunities within QAD’s existingcustomer basePartner with Marketing to maximize pipeline impact from campaigns, events, and digitalprogramsCraft personalized messaging and sequences tailored to industry, role, and buyer intent signalsLeverage Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ABM platforms (6Sense,Demandbase), Salesloft and AI-enabled research tools (Clay) to prioritize high-fitaccountsConduct discovery conversations to uncover pain points, timing, budget, and solutionalignmentCollaborate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to optimize lead flow and continuouslyimprove prospecting strategiesDocument all activities in CRM and provide insight to Marketing on lead quality,conversion trends, and market feedbackQualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred2+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software business development, with success ininbound qualification and outbound prospectingERP industry experience a plusStrong ability to qualify multi-stakeholder buying groups across global enterprisesSkilled in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, Drift, and ABMor AI prospecting platforms (6Sense, Demandbase, Clay, etc.)Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skillsHighly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and effective in a virtual environmentFluent in English and GermanAny additional language will be of additional advantageWho You AreDemonstrate QAD’s core values: drive for results, commitment to the team, extremeownership, challenging the status quo, and integrity and respect for allCurious, coachable, and committed to improving your craftA hunter at heart, energized by uncovering new opportunities and exceeding goalsPassionate about bridging marketing and sales to create measurable pipeline impactA resilient, optimistic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentGenuinely invested in helping customers and teammates succeedAdditional InformationAbout QAD:QAD Inc. is a leading provider of adaptive, cloud-based enterprise software and services for global manufacturing companies.
