You will have a ninimum 5 years’ experience in the UAE fit-out or construction industry in a sales, BD, or client-facing role.You will have prior robust experience winning projects and clients in the UAE within the Fit-Out industry. Our mission is to deliver technically precise, beautifully executed spaces while maintaining a strong reputation for quality and trust.About the RoleThe Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and converting leads into successful fit-out projects. This role requires a confident communicator who understands the interior contracting process, can identify real prospects, and collaborates with the Pre-Contracts and Design teams to deliver tailored, competitive proposals. The focus is on high-quality business growth, not just leads.ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Market ResearchIdentify and pursue new project opportunities across commercial, hospitality, F&B, and corporate sectors.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients, consultants, and developers.Monitor market activity — track fit-out tenders, design firms, and developer announcements.Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings to increase brand visibility and relationships.Client Relationship ManagementDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and project managers.Understand client needs and translate them into viable project briefs.Represent the company professionally in meetings and presentations.Coordinate pre-bid meetings, presentations, and technical discussions with the Pre-Contracts team.Tender & Proposal CoordinationCollaborate with the Pre-Contracts Manager to align technical, commercial, and design details during bidding.Ensure all client submissions are professionally presented, complete, and submitted on time.Follow up on tenders, track project status, and maintain organized bid documentation.Support in developing marketing collateral and client proposals that reflect the brand identity.Sales & Performance TargetsAchieve monthly and annual business development targets, including:30 client calls per month10 client meetings per week4 tenders submitted per month1 awarded project per monthMaintain CRM records and provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management.Brand & Market RepresentationAct as an ambassador of our company, ensuring the company’s values of quality, technical precision, and trust are represented at all touchpoints.Contribute to digital marketing initiatives, case studies, and PR materials to support brand awareness.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or Engineering.Minimum 5 years’ experience in the UAE fit-out or construction industry in a sales, BD, or client-facing role.Proven track record of winning interior fit-out projects or managing strong client accounts.Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, pricing structures, and market competition.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.Required SkillsStrategic networker with a strong understanding of the UAE commercial interiors market.Persuasive communicator with an eye for design and technical detail.Excellent organizational and reporting skills.Confident, proactive, and self-driven to meet and exceed targets.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
