Job Description
Enterprise Software Business Development advances new opportunities to new customers. Represents and provides education about HashMicro’s solutions for potential clients, partners, then brings them on board. Will be responsible for managing and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.ResponsibilitiesHandle prospects and close sales through meetings, presentations and follow upsSet up meetings with potential clients, partners and listen to their wishes and concernsPrepare and deliver appropriate presentations/demo on software productPrepare sales proposals and quotationsConstant follow up with leads through calls and emails to ensure project closingCreate frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial dataParticipate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferencesNegotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objectionsCollaborate with team to achieve better resultsWork closely with resellers and referrals to achieve better market shareQualificationsFresh Graduates welcome to applyFluent in English, both spoken and writtenGraduated from an overseas university (preferred)Should be a strategic thinker and visionary and help in making profitable future business dealsAble to bring in new business and drive salesCompetitive and aggressive sales natureExceptional verbal and written communication skillsProfessional attitude and appearanceExcellent knowledge of MS Office and ExcelThorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniquesFast learner and great passion for salesAble to provide quality leadership to a large team of salespeopleSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachAptitude in delivering attractive presentationsProven experience as a sales & business development executive or relevant role is a plusKnowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software is a plus.
