Company OverviewIndo Property Hub (IPH) is Indonesia’s one-stop digital ecosystem for real estate and property services, connecting property owners, investors, developers, and service providers on one trusted platformFrom luxury villas in Bali to commercial spaces in Jakarta, IPH modernizes property discovery, listings, and management through verified listings, service directories, and digital visibility tools. Our mission is to digitize Indonesia’s property market by combining technology, transparency, and human touch.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Bali.This role is ideal for a proactive, data-driven, and relationship-oriented professional who can drive business growth by expanding partnerships, generating B2B leads, and increasing vendor participation within the IPH platform.You will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to build meaningful relationships with property-related service providers (e.g., contractors, cleaning services, interior designers, landscapers, and more) and develop strategies to boost visibility and engagement on Indo Property Hub.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, approach, and onboard new vendors and B2B clients (e.g., property developers, service providers, real estate agencies)Generate and manage qualified leads through data analysis, prospect research, and outreachDevelop and maintain partnership pipelines that align with Indo Property Hub’s growth strategyConduct presentations or demos to promote the benefits of listing on the IPH platformCollaborate with the marketing team to enhance the platform’s exposure, traffic, and vendor engagement.Track and analyze data on vendor performance and client acquisitionProvide insights and suggestions for improving platform usability and vendor satisfactionQualificationsMinimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnership Management (preferably in property, tech, or service industries)Strong data analysis and lead generation skills (Excel, CRM tools, or similar)Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilitiesComfortable working on-site in Sanur, BaliFluent in English and Bahasa IndonesiaExperience in digital marketing or property-related business is a plusWhy Join Indo Property Hub?Be part of a growing real estate tech ecosystem in Indonesia.Work in a collaborative, fast-moving, and innovation-driven environment.Build real connections with vendors, clients, and industry leaders in the property sector.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.
