This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast growing business offering excellent prospects for career advancement and strong earning potential.As a Business Development/Client Relations professional, you will play a key role in driving growth, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to the continued success of our business.Key Responsibilities:To deliver exceptional service to our clients and drive business opportunities globally.New Business Relationships Conduct daily outreach to potential new affiliates, partners and clients (real estate brokers, mortgage lawyers, business setup companies, individual clients etc.) through introductory calls and meetingsIdentify client needs and provide tailored FX solutionsFollow up on referrals and leads to offer a ‘best in class’ Global Currency service and develop future business relationshipsPresent the advantages of partnering with Magna Financial to prospective clientsOnboard new clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (KYC) and internal policies and processesExisting Business RelationshipsCultivate and manage strong, professional relationships with existing affiliates, partners and clients, increasing referrals and cross business opportunities wherever possibleProactively pitch FX products and services to existing and prospective clientsDrive revenue growth by determining and executing sales strategies to expand the client base globallyProvide knowledge and input for creation of Client Marketing materials via PowerPoint and Brochures etcMarket MonitoringMonitor FX market trends, Global Currency movements, and geopolitical developmentsShare Market updates and potential opportunities and risks to new and existing clients to allow them to consider optimising their FX strategiesReporting & AnalyticsWork with Internal Relationship Managers to maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, sales activities, and performance metrics in CRMWork with the Sales Support and Finance team to track daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and revenues via internal KPI trackersPrepare and present Management Information reports on sales performance and business opportunitiesRequirementsProven prior success within a Business Development/Client Relations, Sales or Customer Service roleExperience in Currency Exchange/FX, Financial Services, 360 Recruitment, or Real Estate is highly desirableStrong ability to generate high-quality leads and cultivate long-term client relationshipsHighly goal-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent Communication and Interpersonal SkillsConfident presentation skills with the ability to influence and engageAdvanced English (both written and spoken) is essential; additional languages such as Spanish, French or German are a strong advantageWhat We OfferUncapped Earning Potential: In our industry, the real wealth is generated on commissions, therefore, in addition to your base salary you will receive % commission on all new business that you bring to the company as well as on deals with existing clientsAssociate Program: On completion of 12 months service with us, you will become eligible for an additional % share of your revenueProfessional Development: We are dedicated to supporting your personal and professional growth.
