Business Development Executive / Manager Location: Shara e faisal, Karachi.Reports to: Channel Sales HeadType: Full-time, 9 a.m to 6 p.m, Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays.Job Summary:We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive / Manager to expand our presence in the GCC, Levant and Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with partners, system integrators, and distributors in the Middle East, with a strong understanding of the region’s business culture, procurement cycles, and decision-making hierarchies.Your primary goal will be to develop new business opportunities, onboard and enable partners, and drive lead generation campaigns to accelerate revenue growth. The role demands independence, initiative, and excellent communication skills to successfully establish Softech as a leading value-added distributor in the GCC.Key Responsibilities:Identify, onboard, and build long-term relationships with partners, resellers, and system integrators across the GCC, Levant and Pakistan Region.Conduct partner enablement sessions, including product training, joint marketing activities, and sales acceleration programs.Run lead generation campaigns via email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, and webinars in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.Develop target lists and identify potential customers or partners through research and market mapping.Drive partner-led demand generation and ensure consistent funnel development and opportunity tracking.Coordinate customer and partner webinars, manage event logistics, and follow up for post-event lead conversion.Maintain an organized and updated CRM database, ensuring all leads, opportunities, and partner information are recorded accurately.Build strong cross-border relationships with vendor account managers and technical teams to stay aligned on regional goals.Prepare monthly progress reports outlining activities, opportunities, and pipeline movement.Participate in business trips, exhibitions, and partner meetings across the GCC when required.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Computer Science or related field.3–4 years of experience in B2B business development, channel sales, or IT distribution — preferably within the GCC region, Levant, Pakistan.Strong understanding of GCC/Levant/Pakistan market dynamics, buying cycles, and partner ecosystems.Proven ability to work independently and handle end-to-end business development cycles.Excellent English communication (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.Hands-on experience with CRM tools, lead databases, and marketing platforms.Energetic personality, confident communicator, and self-starter mindset.Willingness to travel regionally if required.KPIs:Number of partners onboarded and enabled.Number and quality of leads generated.Opportunities created and closed through partner funnels.Monthly and quarterly revenue contribution from Middle East region.Partner engagement consistency (trainings, campaigns, follow-ups).
