Job Title – Business Development Executive (Seller Onboarding)Type – Long TermWork Location – Dubai (UAE)Salary – Up to 6000 AED MonthlyNP- ImmediateIndustry- FMCG / Retail Mandatory details/Skills-Identify, prospect, and approach potential sellers across various categories to join the e-commerce marketplace.Explain the platform’s seller benefits, commission structure, policies, and onboarding procedures clearly.Conduct field visits or online outreach to source new sellers and expand product assortment on the platform.Assist sellers with the complete onboarding workflow, including documentation, account creation, catalog setup, and product listing.Coordinate with internal teams (catalog, operations, compliance) to ensure smooth activation of seller accounts.Guide and train new sellers on platform usage, order management, promotions, and performance tools.Ensure sellers meet required quality, pricing, and operational standards before going live.Maintain strong relationships with newly onboarded sellers and provide timely support during their initial operational phase.Promote platform-led campaigns, offers, and category expansion initiatives to potential sellers.Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and policies throughout the onboarding process.Key Skills RequiredMinimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales within a competitive market.Mandatory UAE work experience with strong understanding of local market dynamics and business culture.Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activitiesImmediate joiner preferred.RegardsTASC Recruitment Team
