Job Title: Sales Engineer Experience: Freshers to 3 years Preferred Industry: EdTech / Education Technology Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)Location: Abu Dhabi (role involves regular field engagement)We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our innovative, technology-driven educational solutions across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.Key Responsibilities :Engage with clients through regular on-site meetings and field visits within Abu Dhabi, as required for business development and relationship management.Identify and engage potential clients within the education and technology sectors.Present and demonstrate company products and solutions to prospective customers.Understand client requirements and propose tailored and value-aligned solutions.Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution and client satisfaction.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, activities, and follow-ups.Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.Participate in exhibitions, demos, and promotional events when required.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience.Experience in EdTech sales is an added advantage.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.Valid UAE driving licence required; candidates with their own car will be strongly preferred due to the nature of client engagement in Abu Dhabi.
