The Technical Sales Assistant will support the sales team by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining sales records, and organizing sales documentation. A key responsibility is to provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs promptly and efficiently, as well as coordinating with team members to ensure smooth operations.Additional responsibilities include:Tasks assigned by the Sales ManagerReporting directly to the Sales ManagerAssisting with inventory managementCommunicating with suppliers when requiredQualificationsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive customer relationshipsExcellent customer service and communication skills to handle inquiries and provide supportExperience in sales with the ability to meet targets effectivelyHighly organized with strong multitasking capabilitiesProficiency in relevant software tools, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPointFamiliarity with inventory management systemsAttention to detail and strong problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of marine / oil & gas electrical products is a plusPrior experience in the marine, offshore, or electrical sector is an advantageUAE driving license is mandatoryHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are an added advantage
