Sales Executive

OWN VISA PREFERREDSALARY: 2500 - 3000 + COMMISSIONWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to handle both outdoor field sales and telesales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships through in-person visits and telephone communication.ResponsibilitiesOutdoor SalesConduct regular field visits to prospect, present, and sell company products/services.Identify potential customers and generate new leads through market research and networking.Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.Achieve monthly and quarterly outdoor sales targets.Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.TelesalesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.Manage inbound inquiries, provide product information, and convert leads into sales.Update and maintain CRM records with customer interactions and sales progress.Follow up with prospects to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.Achieve assigned telesales KPIs and conversion rates.Qualifications. 0-1 years of sales experience in Dubai/UAE (B2B experience preferred).. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.. Proven experience as a Telesales / Outdoor sales representative or similar sales role.· Proficiency in English, Hindi is must.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.· Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
