Location: Remote (Pakistan) Hours: US time zone (e.g., 6:00 PM–2:00 AM PKT) Type: Full-time Industry Focus: Tech startups, Healthcare (US/EU)About the RoleWe’re looking for a relationship-driven BD Executive who lives on LinkedIn and knows how to start smart conversations, write like a native (C2-level English), and nurture prospects into long-term partners. You’ll research ideal founders/operators, craft personalised messages, book discovery calls, and keep the relationship warm through thoughtful follow-ups.What You’ll DoBuild targeted prospect lists (Sales Navigator, ICP filters, triggers, hashtags, events).Send highly personalised connection requests and DMs (no spam, no templates).Start and sustain 1:1 conversations; move qualified prospects to intro/discovery calls.Nurture relationships over weeks/months (DMs, comments, emails, light calls).Write posts/comments that position us as helpful experts (2–3/week with founder voice).A/B test message angles, hooks, and call-to-actions; report learnings weekly.Coordinate with founder/solutions team to tailor offers and prep call briefs.Must-Have SkillsExceptional English (written & spoken): warm, concise, native-style tone.LinkedIn power-user: Sales Navigator, list building, smart commenting, event outreach.Copywriting: hooks, story snippets, short posts, concise DMs, objection handling.Research: company, role, recent wins, pains—turn into 1:1 relevance.Comfort on quick intro calls (10–15 min) when needed.Nice to HaveExperience selling software/dev services to US startups (HealthTech a plus).Basic product/tech vocabulary; can translate tech to business value.Familiar with Agentic-AI/automation as a talking point.KPIs (measured monthly)600–800 targeted invites sent (quality > quantity).50–60 meaningful prospect replies.15–17 qualified intro/discovery calls booked.4–8 sales-accepted opportunities created (SQLs).How We SellRelationship-first, zero-pushy sales.Personalization over automation.Clear, honest communication; long-term partnerships > quick wins.Growth PathBD Executive → Senior BD / Partnerships Manager → Accounts/Revenue Lead (US market).CompensationBase salary (PKR) + performance bonus per meeting & per closed-won deal (discussed in interview).
