Qualifcations • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a relaed field • 2–3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or partnership anagement • Proven sales and negotiaion skills • Strong market research and analyticl abilities • Excellent relationship-building and netwrking skills • Solid grasp of strategic planning and business groth strategies • Exceptional communication and presenttion abilities Ky Responsibilities • Develop and execute growth strategies to attract startups, entrepreneurs, and industry partners to the Universiy’s Innovation Hub. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and build strategic alliances with local and internaional organizations. • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders — including government agencies, industry associations, and cademic institutions. • Design and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to enhance visibility of the Innovation Hub’s prgrams and initiatives. • Track market trends and competitor activities to uncover emerging opportunities and mainain a competitive edge. • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful execution of business development plan and strategicprojects.
