Work Type: Direct Hire, Full-TimeExperience Required: 2 – 6 YearsCompensation: EUR 24,000 – 36,000 Per Annum (All-Inclusive; No bonuses/insurance)Eligibility: Anyone with a Valid Work PermitTravel Requirement: 80% Field Travel (Meet 5+ Agents Daily)Notice Period: Up to 30 DaysJob OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with strong B2B travel industry experience to drive business growth in Budapest and nearby regions.The role focuses on increasing market penetration, strengthening agency relationships, generating new business, and providing product support and training.This position requires extensive field travel, engaging directly with travel agencies across the Budapest metropolitan area.Key ResponsibilitiesGrow the B2B travel market through active relationship-building and targeted outreach. Strengthen product branding and positioning within the region. Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships. Deliver training, onboarding, and ongoing support to current B2B clients. Manage and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, including follow-ups on quotes and inquiries. Expand the client portfolio by acquiring new agency partners. Coordinate with internal operations teams on pre-sales requirements. Maintain thorough knowledge of regional travel trade, destinations, hotels, and outbound market trends. Must-Have QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in the Travel Industry. Proven experience in Business Development and Account Management. Strong B2B travel sales background. Knowledge of local travel trade and outbound travel destinations. Proficiency in English and local Hungarian language. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet). Valid Driving License (Mandatory). Must NOT be from companies such as OYO, Airbnb, Cruise operators, etc. Nice-to-Have QualificationsExperience working with airlines or large travel agencies. IATA Certification. Strong network of local agents, hotels, and destination partners.
