ResponsibilitiesSeek and secure new customers for Siaga Transport’s services.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to identify growth areas.Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve client issues and maintain satisfaction.Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.Coordinate with drivers and customers to ensure smooth service delivery.Develop strategies for market penetration and sales target achievement.Contribute to pricing strategies and customer negotiations.RequirementsProven track record in sales or business development, preferably in transport/logistics.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Good analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional yet approachable demeanor.Willing to work on-site (Mon–Fri: 08.00–17.00, Sat: 08.00–16.00; occasional Sat 08.00–12.00).Quick learner with the ability to understand and operate at owner-level thinking.
