This role requires a professional capable of operating with significant autonomy to drive strategic partnerships.主要职责 / Key Responsibilities: ● 战略客户开发与关系管理 / Strategic Account Development and Relationship Management独立负责指定行业(如纺织、制造业等)或区域的端到端业务开发流程,从线索挖掘到签约及项目启动。Independently oversee the end-to-end business development process within designated industries (e.g., textiles, manufacturing) or regions, from initial lead generation to final contract signing and project launch.与创始人、CEO及业务负责人进行战略对话,深入理解其运营挑战与海外布局策略,提供定制化工业园解决方案。Engage in strategic dialogues with founders, CEOs, and business heads to gain a deep understanding of their operational challenges and overseas expansion strategies, delivering customized industrial park solutions.建立长期信任的客户关系,成为客户进入非洲市场的首选顾问。Develop deep, trust-based client relationships to become their preferred long-term advisor for African market entry.● 政府与生态关系建设 / Government and Ecosystem Relations系统建立并维护与指定区域省市政府机构、投资促进机构及重点行业协会的稳固关系。Systematically establish and maintain robust relationships with provincial and municipal government agencies, investment promotion organizations, and key industry associations in the assigned region.结合地方产业政策洞察,提升公司战略布局与品牌影响力。Leverage insights into local industrial policies to inform company strategy, enhancing the brand's credibility and project appeal through official channels.● 行业洞察与市场策略 / Industry Insight and Market Strategy深入分析所负责行业,聚焦供应链、成本结构及产能转移趋势,形成深度行业认知。Conduct in-depth analysis of your assigned sectors, focusing on supply chains, cost structures, and relocation trends to build profound industry insights.基于市场分析识别并优先拓展具备强扩张潜力的目标客户。Identify and prioritize high-potential clients with strong expansion capabilities based on market analysis.分享洞察,赋能团队,持续优化行业定制策略与价值主张。Share knowledge and insights to empower the team, refining tailored strategies and value propositions for specific industries.● 项目管理与闭环执行 / Project Management and Closed-Loop Execution主导复杂谈判与项目推进,协调内部资源(法务、财务、园区运营)提供端到端支持,确保客户顺利入驻与运营。Lead complex negotiations and project advancement, coordinating internal resources (Legal, Finance, Park Operations) to provide end-to-end support, ensuring successful client onboarding and operation.任职要求 / Qualifications & Experience: ● 教育背景 / Educational Background本科及以上学历,硕士或MBA优先。经济、工商管理、国际贸易或相关工程专业背景。Bachelor's degree or higher; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
