Job Description

Your Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Development Manager in the hotel vertical, you will be responsible for growing and optimizing KKday’s accommodation and F&B portfolio through strategic partnerships and commercial innovation.Key Responsibilities Develop and strengthen relationships with hotel & F&B partners, tech providers, and regional stakeholders to expand supply coverage and enhance product quality. Identify, pitch, and onboard new hotels & F&B suppliers, with a focus on B2B and wholesale markets. Own and manage high-level relationships with key decision-makers at hotels and other strategic partners. Maximize partner performance by leveraging data-driven insights, optimizing availability, and ensuring competitive content and pricing. Drive bookings, revenue, and gross profit growth across assigned partners and markets. Evaluate partnership performance and take action to improve productivity and competitiveness. Troubleshoot and resolve rate, availability, and connectivity issues (e.g., extranet management, rate mapping). Create compelling pitch decks and business proposals to support supplier acquisition and engagement. Monitor and deliver on KPIs, growth targets, and strategic initiatives. Produce regular supplier and internal performance reports.What You’ll Need To Succeed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Native-level fluency in Mandarin and business-level English communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve partner challenges. Excellent planning and prioritization skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Willingness to learn, adapt to change, and engage in continuous feedback. Clear and confident communicator, able to articulate value propositions effectively.Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in the hotel or travel industry, especially within OTA channels. Experience in B2B and wholesale markets. Familiarity with hotel tech platforms (e.g., extranet tools, channel managers, CRS) is a plus.
