You will be involved in a range of technically interesting and varied activities, including:You will participate in the execution and evolution of the marketing & business development. strategy in order to develop RSM Switzerland’s activities locally and globally.You will assist in the preparation of RFP & Public tender responses.You will assist in the preparation of Clients proposals & contracts.You will conduct research to support business development activities.You will assist in preparing presentations, materials, and go-to-market support.You will participate in the development of our local & global partnerships.You will participate in internal & external transformation projects.You will provide administrative, marketing, and other assistance to the teams as needed.Your ProfileYou are a student or young graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field with a Bachelor or Master’s degreeYou have professional proficiency in French & English, German is an additional asset.You have strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Word, PowerPoint & Excel)You have an interest in creative & marketing tools as well as for client servicesYou have an entrepreneurial spirit, and you can work in a team as well as independently and autonomouslyYou have a good ability to work closely with various stakeholders (Partners, Managers, Clients...), to communicate and share your point of view as well as to present your workYou are a fast learner, well organized, and have a keen eye for detailYou have an enthusiastic, collaborative, curious, and caring mindsetWorkplaceGeneva or LausanneStart DateJanuary 2026How To ApplyIf you are ready to take the next step in your career, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity by clicking here.At RSM Switzerland, we believe in going above and beyond expectations.
