About GrowlioGrowlio is a client-work platform for small agencies and freelancers—bringing proposals, lead management, forms, scheduling, contracts, invoicing, time tracking, and team capacity into one place.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a proactive Business Development Intern to help us grow pipeline and learn the end-to-end GTM motion for a SaaS startup. You’ll work closely with the founders on research, outreach, and early-stage sales ops.What You’ll DoMap ideal customer profiles (agencies, studios, consultants) and build targeted prospect lists.Draft and iterate cold outreach (email/LinkedIn) and secure intro calls & product demos.Qualify leads, log notes, and keep CRM hygiene tight.Support partner and community outreach (newsletters, creators, micro-communities).Prep proposal templates and demo scripts tailored to verticals.Track weekly funnel metrics and share insights to improve conversion.Competitor/market scans; summarize findings into brief memos.You’ll Succeed Here If YouAre curious, organized, and comfortable writing concise outreach.Communicate clearly (English); bonus for Arabic.Can work independently, meet weekly goals, and learn quickly.Have basic familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn.Nice-to-have: experience in agencies/freelancing, sales dev, or B2B SaaS.What You’ll LearnPractical SaaS GTM: ICP definition, sequencing outreach, qualification, and demo prep.How proposals, contracts, billing, and time tracking fit the agency sales cycle.Building repeatable playbooks (scripts, templates, dashboards).Direct mentorship from founders; internship certificate and reference upon completion.Compensation & CreditsThis is an unpaid internship focused on learning and portfolio experience. Where possible, we’re happy to support academic credit requirements and provide a formal completion letter.
