This internship offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales, market research, and client engagement while working in a purpose-driven, fast-growing organization.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential enterprise clients, industries, and market opportunitiesSupport outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other channelsJoin virtual meetings, product demos, and discussions with senior team membersMaintain lead databases, CRM entries, and weekly sales trackersStay updated on trends in L&D, HR tech, coaching, and workplace well-beingRequired QualificationsPursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, Marketing, or related fieldStrong interest in sales, business development, HR, or the learning industryGood verbal and written communication skillsCuriosity, willingness to learn, and strong ownership mindsetSelf-driven, reliable, and open to feedback(Any prior internship/exposure to sales, BD, HR, or L&D is a plus but not mandatory)Preferred Candidate ProfilePrior internship or project experience in business development, sales, or client relations (preferred but not required)Strong relationship-building and communication abilitiesComfortable adapting to evolving tasks and prioritiesShows initiative, resilience, and potential for long-term growthWhat You Will GainPractical experience in B2B business development and client engagementOpportunity to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams
