Their mission is to bridge the gap between global innovation and Asia’s fast-evolving digital ecosystem, empowering clients to achieve measurable and sustainable growth.About the RoleWe are seeking a Business Development & Key Account Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving our regional growth. This is a hybrid role combining strategic business hunting with key client relationship management. The ideal candidate is commercially savvy, well-connected in the FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Skincare, or Nutritional sectors, and passionate about helping brands succeed in the Asian market.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business DevelopmentIdentify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Skincare, and Nutrition industries.Develop tailored proposals and pitches, aligning our marketing and technology solutions with client business goals.Build a strong sales pipeline through market mapping, networking, and lead generation activities.Negotiate and close commercial agreements to achieve revenue targets.Key Account ManagementManage and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.Collaborate closely with internal teams (data, digital marketing, creative, and technology) to deliver seamless client solutions.Provide clients with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to enhance brand performance.Market & Strategic InsightStay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies impacting consumer behaviour in Asia.Translate insights into actionable business development strategies.Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to strengthen brand presence and build networks.Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Key Account Management within Marketing, Digital, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Skincare, or Nutrition sectors.Proven track record of generating new business and managing high-value client portfolios.Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and data analytics.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in another Asian language is an advantage.
