[What the role is]As part of the Global Workforce division in Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG), you will be part of the Group HR & Operations Technology department and will be the centre of excellence in overseeing HR policies and manage the related HR systems to ensure effective policy implementation across the organisation.[What you will be working on]Centre of ExcellenceDevelop and review HR policies including the code of conduct, benefits, transport and other HR related policiesProvide advice to employees on policy matters, ensuring consistent application across the organisationMonitor policy implementation and recommend improvements. This requires effective collaboration and communication across internal stakeholders and within Public Service. It is also important to keep abreast of industry and market practices to stay competitive and relevant with industry best practices. Educate, train and communicate on policy updates and changesSystems and Data AdministrationOversee Workday system to support the administration of HR policies and benefits. This includes working closely with vendor to configure, test and trouble shoot for system enhancements and issuesExplore and implement automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and streamline policy administration processesPerform data analytics [What we are looking for]Bachelor's degree in HR or related field3-5 years of HR experience, with focus on policy administration in Public Service HR is preferredStrong knowledge of HR policies and employment legislationExperience in HRIS administration, preferably WorkdayExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with good project management capabilitiesThe role holder may be required to perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
