Job DescriptionJob DescriptionUnder the NUS Artificial Intelligence Institute (NAII), we are looking for a suitably qualified candidate to manage the NAII seed grant calls and research projects hosted at the institute.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the seed grant calls, and related processes, launched up to 2 times in a year including disseminating announcement, addressing queries, facilitating evaluation and award of the grantsOversee the seed grants disbursed including project amendment requests and yearly reports Administer external research grants hosted at NAII Undertake finance-related tasks as assigned including processing invoices and procurementPerform covering duties for the Institute’s finance-related matters In addition to the above, the candidate should perform other duties as assigned by the NAII Director.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or Polytechnic Diploma holder, preferably 1-2 years of experience working with research grants in university settingsGood verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills with a positive work attitudStrong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to multi-tasProficient in MS Office applications (Word Excel, Excel, and PowerPointStrong team player who is meticulous, resourceful, resilient and thrives in a fast-paced environmenThe employment will be an initial period of 2 years, with opportunity for renewal subject to performanceMore InformationLocation: Kent Ridge CampusOrganization: School of ComputingDepartment : Dean's Office (School of Computing)
