Join ONOW in expanding our groundbreaking platform to empower underserved entrepreneurs around the world.PurposeTo design, test, and scale ONOW’s income-generating activities (e.g., Paid Service Pilot, credit pilot partnerships, and others) while building partnerships that contribute to long-term financial sustainability.ResponsibilitiesIncome Generation StrategyLead design and rollout of the Income Generation Pilot (tiers, pricing, marketing, client onboarding).Explore and structure other earned income opportunitiesTrack the financial performance of pilots and recommend scaling up or pivoting decisions.Business DevelopmentIdentify and cultivate strategic partnerships (local CSOs, financial institutions, international donors interested in cost-sharing).Represent ONOW in ecosystem events and networks to showcase paid services.Develop proposals, pitches, and presentations for revenue-generating collaborations.Market & Client EngagementConduct customer research with small business owners to refine service offerings.Oversee marketing strategies (digital, referral networks, community-based outreach).Build client acquisition and retention systems.Internal CollaborationWork with project teams to ensure paid services are integrated into existing programs.Collaborate with the Finance team to design pricing, cost recovery, and tracking systems.Share lessons learned to guide ONOW’s sustainability strategy.PERFORM OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS NECESSARYQualification & RequirementsOverall, 5 years of experience in business development and marketing.Minimum 2 years of leadership experience or managerial experience. Prefer those who have experience working with digital products (e.g., mobile apps, online learning platforms, or tech-based services).Proven experience launching new products, pilots, or services,  ideally in incubation, financial services, or training.Strong marketing, client acquisition, and sales background (digital + grassroots).Financial literacy: able to design pricing models, monitor revenue, and assess profitability.Entrepreneurial mindset:  comfortable with uncertainty, creative in problem-solving, and pivoting when pilots require change.Excellent communication skills in Burmese and English (written + spoken).Additional Advantages: Experience with financial inclusion, SME support, social enterprise management, or entrepreneurship support and impact incubation.Reporting & ManagementThis position is based in Yangon. Hybrid Working. This position reports to the Managing Director.
