Job Description: Audio Account Manager (AV Products).Location: Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAEExperience: 5–7 YearsIndustry: Audio-Visual (AV) / Professional Audio / Integrated SolutionsEmployment Type: Full-Time Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly driven and experienced Audio Account Manager to oversee sales and business development for professional Audio and AV product lines across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships within the AV, system integration, corporate, hospitality, education, and government sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets for audio and AV products.Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities within Abu Dhabi and Dubai.Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and closing.Promote and sell professional audio systems, AV solutions, and related technologies to integrators, consultants, and end users.Account ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.Manage key enterprise, government, and hospitality accounts; understand customer needs and propose suitable AV solutions.Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.Coordinate with internal teams presales and projectsProject & Pipeline ManagementTrack project pipelines, forecasts, and customer interactionsEnsure timely submission of quotations, proposals, and tender documentation.Support project follow-ups, site visits, and after-sales coordination when required.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).5–7 years of experience in AV or professional audio sales within the UAE (Abu Dhabi and Dubai experience strongly preferred).Strong understanding of audio technologies, AV integration, signal processing, control systems, and related product categories.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value accounts.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Valid UAE driving license.Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory.Key CompetenciesCustomer-focused mindsetStrong commercial acumenTechnical aptitude in AV solutionsRelationship building & stakeholder managementStrategic planning & time managementSelf-motivated and target-driven Working Conditions:·      Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on event schedules.·      On-call availability for urgent technical support.·      May require lifting and transporting equipment.Salary AED- 10000-15000 Per month + Benefits
