With offices in Dubai (UAE) and Milan (Italy), we deliver mission-critical software that enhances drilling efficiency, operational visibility, safety, and real-time decision making.Our clients include E&P companies, drilling contractors, and energy service providers, and our products are rapidly expanding across multiple regions. We are now looking for a Head of Sales based in Dubai to scale our commercial operations and accelerate international growth. Role OverviewAs Head of Sales, you will own the global commercial strategy and execution. You will build and lead the sales organization, drive predictable revenue, and work closely with the founders, product, marketing, and delivery/pre-sales teams.This is a strategic and high-impact role for someone who understands enterprise sales in the oil & gas / drilling / industrial software domain. Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the global sales strategy for new markets and existing accounts.Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team.Own revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline visibility.Manage the full enterprise sales cycle for strategic accounts.Navigate complex buying centers (operations, drilling, IT, HSE, procurement).Coordinate with pre-sales / delivery for demos, POCs, and technical validation.Implement a scalable sales playbook, qualification processes, and metrics.Improve CRM discipline, reporting, and forecasting accuracy.Shorten sales cycles and increase conversion rates.Strengthen our presence in the Middle East, Europe, and emerging regions.Build strategic alliances with integrators, equipment providers, and industry partners.Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings. RequirementsMust-Have7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales.Strong background in energy, drilling, O&G operations, industrial software, or related fields.Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals.Experience selling technical / operational software with long sales cycles.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.Nice-to-HaveExperience with drilling data, analytics solutions, rig operations, WITSML-based products.Experience scaling sales teams from early-stage to growth.Existing network within E&P companies, drilling contractors, or major O&G service companies.Familiarity with partner-led go-to-market models. What We OfferCompetitive compensation package + performance-based bonuses.Opportunity to build and lead an international sales team.Hybrid work environment (3 days in Dubai office, 2 days remote).Direct impact on company strategy and growth.High autonomy, fast decision cyclesGrowing company with strong product-market fit and global ambition.
