Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients across assigned sectors, in coordination with the General Manager and regional BD team.Build a sustainable business pipeline targeting Chinese companies operating in Indonesia and Indonesian companies with business ties to China.Manage customer database and sales pipeline; conduct client presentations and maintain updates in internal systems.Collaborate with the bidding and commercial teams to prepare professional proposals, tenders, and quotations.Support contract negotiation to ensure commercial terms, credit conditions, and company interests are protected.Coordinate project handovers to operations teams following contract award.Contribute to annual business planning and budgeting in alignment with regional strategies.Lead or support recruitment and development of a small business development team when required.Engage with key external stakeholders such as port authorities, customs, and industry partners.Key industries include:Oil & GasInfrastructureSubsea CablesRenewablesDredgingQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandarin and English).Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.Customer-focused mindset with a consultative approach.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.ExperienceMinimum 3-5 years in business development or sales, preferably within the offshore, oilfield, or logistics sectors.Prior experience working with Oil & Gas clients is essential.Knowledge & ToolsProficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).Personal AttributesSelf-motivated and proactive.Positive attitude with strong resilience and adaptability.
