Business Development Manager - Filed Sales Engineer

Objective: We are looking for goal orientation sales engineer or support Sales / BusinessDevelopment team member to pitch and close deals with customers. You will helpprospective customers and partners in the retailer and publisher space understand the powerof solutions by explaining technical features, handling objections and problem-solving anypotential roadblocks. Sales support to a region or portfolio of assigned customers. You willalso be required to work with the technical engineering members whenever a customer needscustomized products or services.Duties and Responsibility:Identify new opportunities for Rugged hardware devices businessEstablishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customersManaging and interpreting customer requirementsPersuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needsNegotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditionsHelp maintain and organize sales pipelinesAnalysing costs and salesPreparing reports for head officeRecording and maintaining client contact dataSupporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketingeventsMaking technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet clientneedsLiaising with other members of the sales team and other technical expertsSolving client problemsRecording and maintaining demo machines and service stocksRequired skills:3+ years experience in pre-sales/sales engineering3+ years in sales or business development at system integrator or vendorStrong understanding of Computer hardware and network, including detailedknowledge of hardware and software componentsExperience in selling rugged devices is preferredExperience in complex sales involving long sales processes is preferredThe ability to build relationships with clients quicklyAnalytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel >90% to partner and customer location, include overseas whenrequiredExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficient in EnglishEducation & QualificationBachelors/Master’s degree in technical sciences/engineering
