Reporting to the Commercial Director and working closely with the Managing Director, you will drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and lay the foundations for your progression to full NAM level over the next 18–24 months.✅ National Channel OwnershipTake full commercial responsibility for your account portfolio, managing trading performance, customer relationships, and long-term commercial success.✅ Drive Growth and DistributionWin new listings, expand existing ranges, and lead the charge on bringing World Foods into new menus, regions, and operators.✅ Full P&L ExposureOperate with commercial visibility at contribution level, learning and influencing the broader financial picture.✅ Strategic Customer RelationshipsBuild senior-level partnerships across buying, marketing, merchandising, and supply chain. Act as the key interface between customer and brand.✅ Sales Execution and Brand ActivationEnsure brand plans land effectively. Translate brand strength into commercial wins across listings, promotions, and joint initiatives.✅ Trade Marketing and Category InfluenceWork cross-functionally with internal teams to shape campaigns, unlock growth opportunities, and tailor propositions to different regional needs.✅ Progression to National Account Manager LevelThis is a perfect springboard role.
