With a reputation for high-quality, reliable, feature rich handsets and systems, they can be found all over the world, from Shenzhen metro to the Etihad stadium, via North Sea oil rigs, railway networks, conference centres and construction sites.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in the Nordics region.Identify growth markets and understanding the market for the portfolio of Hytera products range, long-term, short-term projects and tender opportunitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market shareUtilise business development strategies with partners, system operators/integrators and end users to secure sales opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and stakeholders in the two-way radio industry and end user industries.Introduce potential new resellers and distributor opportunities to the channel sales teamConduct market research to identify opportunities, market trends, and competitive activities, adjusting strategies accordingly.Monitor sales performance, track market trends, and produce regular sales reports for management review.Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and competitive landscape.Serving as a Company representative at major industry events, conferences, tradeshows, and tender bidding processes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field or equivalent level of work experienceProven track record of successful business development experience, ideally within the two-way radio or communication technology industry (including CCTV)Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, general communication skills and presenting skillsAbility to analyse market data and translate it into actionable insightsProficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteFluency in English language essential and European LanguageRequirement to travel frequently in Eastern Europe region; and travel in wider EuropeTo apply for this position, please simply click on the “Apply Now” button or send your updated resume to betta.febryani@guideoversea.com directly in PDF format indicating the job title.
