If you have strong B2B sales experience, enjoy building new markets, and excel in developing long-term partnerships, this role offers an exciting opportunity in a growing strategic segment.Location: Home Office – anywhere in Romania (frequent travel required)Main Purpose of the Job: Drive the expansion of a new product line dedicated to the wood construction industry, focusing on opening new accounts, developing distribution channels, and providing product demonstrations and training to end users. This role combines consultative sales, hands-on demonstrations, and market development responsibilities.Job Profile:Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the wood construction segment in the assigned region.Open new accounts and partnerships within the wood construction ecosystem (contractors, builders, timber houses, carpentry companies, distributors).Build and expand the dedicated distribution network for this product line.Conduct on-site demonstrations for end users, showcasing product capabilities, performance advantages, and safe usage practices.Support distributors and partners in positioning and selling the product range to end clients.Manage the full sales cycle: presentations, offers, negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract agreements.Provide training sessions and technical education to end users when needed.Ensure constant visibility of the full product portfolio among existing and potential customers.Maintain regular communication with clients, ensure proper follow-up, and identify new business opportunities.Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities and events.Prepare sales forecasts, conduct price analysis, and provide relevant recommendations to management.Report market trends, customer insights, competitor activities, and business opportunities regularly to the Head Office.Candidate Profile:Minimum 4 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in technical or industrial environments.Experience or strong exposure to the wood construction industryProven experience in generating new business and exceeding sales targets.Technical background or technical education is an advantage.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to conduct product demonstrations and interact confidently with end users.Strong time management and planning skills, with a high degree of autonomy.Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; familiarity with additional sales analysis tools represents an advantage.Advanced EnglishClean driving license and willingness to travel extensively.Benefits:Attractive salary package + performance bonuses.Full set of working tools: laptop, phone, company car, product demo equipment.Task-based working schedule with high autonomy.Continuous product and technical training.Medical subscription (Regina Maria) and 25 days of annual leave.Meal tickets.All candidates who meet the above qualifications are warmly encouraged to submit their applications online.
