Job Description

Main job requirments:University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field7–10 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 3–5 years in affluent/top affluent/premium customer segment management.Strong understanding of affluent, top affluent customer behavior, wealth management, and financial products.Proven track record in portfolio management, P&L ownership, and business development.Excellent stakeholder management, public speaking skills and influencing skills across business lines.Strong project management and analytical abilities.Digital affinity and knowledge of customer experience design in banking.Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages an advantageKey Responsibilities:Segment Strategy & Value Proposition DevelopmentDefine and continuously refine the value proposition for premium banking customersIdentify customer needs and market trends, translating insights into actionable strategiesDevelop segment-specific product bundles, pricing, loyalty, and wealth solutionsPortfolio & Performance ManagementMonitor segment profitability, revenue streams, and growth KPIs (customer acquisition, retention, assets under management, cross-sell, and share of wallet)Lead initiatives to improve penetration of premium products (e.g., investment, insurance, mortgage, credit cards)Manage customer lifecycle strategies, from onboarding to retention and deepeningCustomer Experience & Relationship Model: Design and optimize the service model for premium clients (dedicated relationship managers, advisory services, digital journeysEnsure customer experience excellence and high Net Promoter Score (NPS) across channelsChampion client feedback programs and implement improvement actionsBenchmark competitor offerings and global best practices in affluent banking.Drive innovation in digital services, lifestyle benefits, and loyalty programs.Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with product teams (wealth, deposits, lending, insurance), branch network, digital channels, technical tribes and marketing to deliver or enhance the premium value proposition.Support sales force with training, tools, and campaigns targeted to affluent customers.Partner with compliance and risk to ensure full regulatory alignment.Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package from one of the best employersHybrid working and flexible hoursA multinational and multicultural working environment with opportunities for developmentCollaboration in a professional environment with a team of specialists working with very new technologiesCompetitive benefits package: meal vouchers worth 40 lei, annual bonus of a basic salary, performance bonus, holiday bonuses, preferential banking conditions, contribution to the 3rd pension pillar, professional and personal development programs, medical subscription in the private health system, discounts at various partners and much moreBRD is committed to promote diversity, equity and inclusion.
