Job Purpose:We are seeking a highly driven, self-motivated Business Development Manager to lead the acquisition of new clients and partnerships in the China market. The ideal candidate is someone who welcomes challenges and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Key Role and Responsibilities:Hunt and Acquire New Business:Identify, engage, and convert high-potential clients in multiple industriesBuild a robust pipeline through networking, referrals, events, and outbound initiatives.Lead the full business development lifecycle from prospecting to pitching to closing.Strategic Collaboration & Alignment:Work closely with the Senior leadership team to align business development strategies with company goals.Provide regular market insights and recommendations to refine the go-to-market approach.Client Onboarding & Expansion:Oversee smooth onboarding of new clients, ensuring clear handover to operations and delivery teams.Support in creating tailored acquisition and marketing strategies for new accountsBrand Representation & Relationship Building:Represent the company with professionalism and credibility at external meetings, networking events, and conferences.Cultivate long-term potential client relationships.Reporting & Forecasting:Pipeline reporting, sales forecasting and financial gating processesMarket intelligence and insightPresent regular progress updates, highlighting challenges and opportunitiesIdeal Candidate Profile:Language Skills:Native Mandarin speakerCommunicate in English (spoken and written)Cantonese (a bonus)Personality & Behavioural Traits:Results-orientedHigh energy, self-motivated, and capable of working independentlyResilient negotiator and confident communicatorStrategic thinker who connects day-to-day work to broader business outcomesExperience:5+ years in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in sales, marketing or services industriesProven track record of building a pipeline and closing large accounts in China – network of commercial clients a bonusExperience in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment is preferredSkills:Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skillsStrong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert opportunitiesAgile, adaptable, and culturally fluent in the China business landscape我们正在招聘一位具备卓越执行力与强烈事业心的业务拓展经理,负责领导公司在中国市场的客户开发及战略合作拓展工作。该职位适合能够独立开展业务、勇于迎接挑战并擅长在高节奏、目标导向环境中实现突破性成果的优秀人才。岗位职责:业务开发与客户拓展开发多行业高潜力客户通过人脉拓展、客户转介、行业活动及主动外联建立优质业务渠道主导从潜在客户开发到提案签约的全周期业务拓展 战略协同与执行与高管团队密切配合,确保业务拓展方向与公司战略目标高度一致提供专业的市场洞察与策略建议,持续优化市场拓展方案 客户管理与项目推进确负责新客户的入驻流程管理,确保与运营及交付团队的无缝交接参与制定新客户个性化开发策略及营销方案品牌建设与关系建立作为公司代表出席各类商务会议、谈判及行业活动,维护专业形象建立并维护与潜在客户的长期战略合作关系数据分析与业绩管理负责销售渠道管理、业绩预测及投资回报分析定期收集市场动态与客户需求反馈提交定期业务进展报告,识别问题与机遇任职要求:语言能力普通话为母语能够用英语进行口头与书面沟通粤语能力者优先考虑 个人素质结果导向,目标驱动型人才充满激情,具备极强的自驱力和独立工作能力出色的抗压能力及商务谈判技巧具备战略眼光,能将日常执行与业务目标有效结合 工作经验5年以上商务拓展、销售或客户开发经验,有销售、营销或服务行业背景者优先具有中国市场成功开发大客户的经验,拥有商业资源网络者优先高速增长或创业环境经验者优先 专业技能卓越的谈判技巧与客户关系管理能力敏锐的商业嗅觉,能够准确识别和把握商机适应力强,深谙亚洲商业文化及商务礼仪
