Job description：Responsible for identifying new business opportunities with the objective of positioning the company competitively in the marketDirect the planning and preparation of business proposals, and make recommendations to senior management.Oversee a business development team which evaluates, analyses, and formulates strategies for business growth.Oversee the development of key projects and is accountable for the successful closure of business deals.Conducts market studies and feasibility studies.Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of managers and professionals to achieve established sales and business development goals. Your Profile： -Technical degree in engineering or comparable with experience in sales and/or business management or degree in business administration with experience in sales -Technical background in tooling solutions as well as respective customer manufacturing and product technology -Successful track record for 5-8 years in business management and customer development.Excellent sales and marketing skills, organized, able to plan/forecast/budgeting.Strategic planning skills and conceptual way of working -Good command in English – written and communication and interpersonal management skills.A pro-active personality with a sense of urgency is required.Computer literate with good Excel spread sheet skill and willing to travel.
