Reports To: Group CEO / Managing DirectorIndustry: QSR & Casual Dining (Food & Beverage)About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Director cum Operations professional to drive strategic growth and operational excellence for a leading QSR and casual dining brand. The successful candidate will lead expansion initiatives, streamline operations, and deliver at least 50% revenue growth within 12 months through outlet optimization and new market development.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentDevelop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to achieve targeted revenue increase within one year.Identify and evaluate new store locations (UAE & international).Drive franchise expansion across GCC, South Asia, and Europe.Build strong partnerships with developers, franchisees, and investors.Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and ROI projections for new outlets.Operations ManagementOversee daily operations across all outlets ensuring service quality, profitability, and compliance with brand standards.Implement efficiency programs to reduce costs and improve margins.Work closely with area managers to maintain consistency in food safety and customer experience.Monitor store performance KPIs and implement improvement strategies.Revenue OptimizationBoost same-store sales through menu innovation, promotions, and local marketing.Strengthen delivery and digital sales channels (Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, etc.).Collaborate with marketing to launch data-driven campaigns for customer growth and retention.Leadership & StrategyLead and inspire cross-functional teams to meet business and operational goals.Partner with finance and supply chain teams to ensure cost control and profitability.Report business performance, forecasts, and expansion progress to senior management.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred).10–12 years of experience in business development and operations within the F&B / QSR sector.Proven track record of driving revenue growth and opening new outlets (regional/international).Strong knowledge of franchise management, retail expansion, and full P&L responsibility.Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset and execution focus.Performance GoalsAchieve 50% revenue growth within 12 months through expansion and optimization.Expand into new markets (MENA, India, UK, or Europe) via franchise or corporate models.Improve operational efficiency and profitability across all outlets.
