With a growing presence in the South East Asian market and headquarters in Bangkok, we help hotels unlock their full commercial potential through data-driven insights and real-time analytics. Role Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (Account Executive) to lead the full commercial sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, conducting product demonstrations, developing proposals, managing negotiations, and closing deals with hotels and hospitality groups. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to articulate the value of Avalon Analytics to senior commercial stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new hotel and hospitality clients.Conduct tailored product demonstrations to showcase Avalon Analytics’ platform capabilities and business value.Manage the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, qualification, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.Build strong and trusted relationships with hotel executives, commercial teams, and cluster or regional leadership.Work closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to maintain a healthy, well-qualified lead pipeline.Collaborate with implementation and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition from signed contract to onboarding.Represent Avalon Analytics at industry conferences, events, and networking activities to expand market presence.Track sales performance, pipeline metrics, and market feedback to inform commercial strategy and product direction.Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales collateral, pitch frameworks, and demonstration workflows.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.Demonstrated success in B2B sales—ideally in SaaS, hospitality tech, revenue management, or hotel commercial operations.Strong understanding of hotel business functions, revenue strategies, and distribution channels.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging senior decision-makers.Proficiency with CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales outreach tools.Driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities in parallel.Fluent Thai and English is required.Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
