Excellent strategic thinking, proactive execution, and creative opportunity generation4. Be familiar with the financial and mobile payment markets in West African region especially Senegal or Cote d'ivoire,5. Have market acumen, and have a clear understanding of the current situation, scale, business, products, profit models, and laws and regulations of banks and small loan companies.QualificationsMore than 10 years of experience in Fintech operations, mid- and senior-level leadership positions in industry-renowned Fintech and financial company organizationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsEnglish and French can be used as the working languageFocused and goal-oriented
