Our mission is to provide credible, actionable and granular market insights globally, and provide value-adding advisory tailored to the needs of the MedTech sector.We are seeking highly motivated Associate Manager/ Manager to lead the development and delivery of market data solutions and custom research projects aligned with our business objectives.ResponsibilitiesPursuing new business opportunities across tier-1 cities and second-tier marketsConduct outreach activities, including cold calls and face-to-face meetings, and travel necessarily to engage clients and prospectsCultivate strong relationships with existing clients and industry associationsManage the full sales cycle (prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing) while partnering with wider team to manage key accountsCollaborate with the project team to design optimal client solutionsPrepare proposals and electronic contracts and negotiate favorable business termsActively participate in industry events to build networks and market knowledgeOwn a defined sales territory target, including healthcare data and customized research solutionsMaintain accurate sales reports, manage personal pipeline, and provide timely forecastsStay up-to-date on the company portfolio, competitive landscape, and key developments in the healthcare industryQualificationsBachelor’s degree in business-related disciplineMinimum 4 years of solid experience in a consultative sales role, with proven ability to hunt for new business, understand client needs and match them with company offeringsDemonstrated success in high-value or complex sales, preferably in research or consulting services, healthcare industry experience is an advantageExisting healthcare client resources are a plusExperience in managing sales relationships including strong comfort level selling to key decision makers of MNC/local companiesKnowledge of all basic programs such as word, excel, PowerPoint and CRM systemFluent in mandarin and good written and spoken EnglishSelf-motivated, goal oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, and with a positive attitudeAn ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment
