Business Development Manager（Data Annotation / BPO）

Responsibilities1. Develop and manage partnerships with data-annotation BPO vendors in the Philippines, including talent sourcing, capacity planning, pricing negotiation, and contract management.2. Identify reliable vendors and talent pools within the Philippine BPO market; maintain an updated supplier network.3. Coordinate cross-border communication between internal teams and external vendors to ensure project delivery quality, timeline, and cost efficiency.4. Evaluate vendor performance and drive continuous improvement in quality and productivity.5. Support business expansion by identifying new opportunities, partnerships, or regions for scalable annotation operations.Requirements1. Strong familiarity with the Philippines BPO / data annotation talent market, with existing supplier or talent network preferred.2. English as a working language; able to conduct vendor communication, negotiation, and documentation fluently.3. Experience in BPO vendor management, outsourcing operations, or data-annotation programs is preferred.4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.5. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable with cross-cultural collaboration.
